Kids (~10-14 y.o.)

Boys and girls, different ages, ethnic diversity, genuinely defiant faces with a fierce look in their eyes. The kids will form an army on the battlefield, rallying their troops to fight against their parents for their snack time – once and for all!

BUYOUT

Kids Buyouts are based on a day fee of 315 Euros
Grown-Ups Buyouts are based on a day fee of 700 Euros

300% for 1 year
600% for 2 years

from date of first use for “Permitted Uses”; in perpetuity for “Historical Uses” (see below).
Territory: North America, but online use is Worldwide with paid limited to North America
Exclusivity: Salty Snacks
Media: Broadcast, Digital (including social), Streaming, Industrial/PR
Materials: All materials derived from shoot including, all lifts, edits, versions, and screen grabs pulled from footage.
Options:
Renewals for a concurrent year after expiration of initial use term/territory to be available for the previous term's rate/fees +20%

Historical uses: Materials may be used anywhere, by the Client and Agency at sales meetings and for research, award, self-promotion, publicity (including, without limitation, on Agency’s ‘reel’ and website), internal file and reference purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, Client may maintain any social media posts made during the term containing Materials, as defined below, in the online history of any social media sites on which the posts were made, if Client may not re-tweet, repost or other promote any such posts after the Term.


EXCLUSIVITY

Possible exclusivity for Salty Snacks, based on the day fees stated above under BUYOUT

+300% for 1 year
+500% for 2 years



All lengths and edits are covered by the buyouts.

Buyouts are paid for within the timeframe of the medium purchased. Buyouts will only be due and paid if the client approves the films for release and the actor appears in the final cut.


The buyout period begins with the first airing


All films must be available for unlimited use by the client and agency for self-presentation purposes (e.g., presentations, in-house events, awards, etc.).


By participating in the casting, all actors agree to these conditions.
